About the Role:

The Implementation Specialist role is crucial in expanding Zomato's reach and strengthening our network of restaurant partners. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Onboarding New Restaurants: You'll be the primary point of contact for new restaurant partners, guiding them through the entire onboarding process. This includes collecting restaurant information, menu setup, integrating online ordering systems, and training staff on Zomato's platform functionalities.
  • Streamlining Integration: You'll collaborate with restaurants to ensure seamless integration with Zomato's systems, ensuring smooth order processing, delivery management, and accurate menu representation.
  • Technical Support: You'll provide technical support to restaurants, troubleshooting any issues they encounter during the onboarding or operation phases.
  • Relationship Building: You'll foster strong relationships with restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with the Zomato platform.
  • Data Quality Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date restaurant information on the Zomato platform, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Performance Analysis: You'll analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and suggest solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant partners from start to finish.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Communicate effectively with restaurants, providing clear instructions and addressing concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Ensure accurate and complete restaurant information is uploaded and maintained on the platform.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on Zomato's platform features and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, account management, or onboarding specialist role (fresher candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using online collaboration tools.
  • A passion for the food industry and a strong understanding of online food delivery trends (desired).
