- Retention and Expansion: Act as a strategic advisor to customers, continuously demonstrating the value of our offerings and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Proactively address any issues or concerns to mitigate churn risk and foster long-term loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements.
