Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team. In this remote position, you'll leverage your strong communication and relationship-building skills to develop leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals for our cutting-edge technology solutions. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams like pre-sales engineers and account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop a deep understanding of Tech Mahindra's product and service portfolio to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer pain points and tailor solutions to address them.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations that showcase Tech Mahindra's offerings and how they can benefit the customer.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, account managers, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (freshers with strong educational background will also be considered).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the IT landscape (a plus).
Experience:
This role is open to both experienced sales professionals (1-2 years) and enthusiastic freshers with a strong academic background and a desire to build a career in IT sales.
