Job Summary:

SAIL is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Field Executives. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for representing SAIL in your designated region. Your primary focus will be on:

Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers. This involves understanding their needs, providing product information, and addressing their concerns.
Market Development: Identifying new business opportunities and exploring potential markets for SAIL's products.
Order Processing and Execution: Facilitating a smooth order processing experience for customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolving any order-related issues.
Data Collection and Reporting: Gathering market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. You'll compile and submit comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team. You'll have the chance to travel within your designated region and interact with diverse stakeholders in the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Process customer orders and ensure their timely execution.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit reports on market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and attend industry events (as needed).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or pursuing final year).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A valid Indian driving license.

Experience:

This role is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
