Job Summary:

As the Marketing Director, you will be the strategic mastermind behind Nykaa's marketing initiatives. You will lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of areas, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, public relations, and brand partnerships. You will be responsible for staying ahead of the latest marketing trends and leveraging data analytics to measure the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with Nykaa's overall business objectives.
Lead the marketing team in creating compelling and engaging content across all platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the Nykaa website.
Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
Foster strong relationships with key beauty influencers to leverage their reach and amplify Nykaa's brand message.
Develop and execute strategic public relations campaigns to generate positive brand awareness in the media.
Oversee brand partnerships to create mutually beneficial collaborations with other companies and organizations.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies and implement innovative strategies to reach new customers.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in the beauty or e-commerce industry (preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Expertise in content marketing, social media marketing, and influencer marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Data-driven decision making with a strong understanding of marketing analytics.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of the Indian beauty consumer (preferred).

Experience:

This position is open to both experienced marketing professionals and individuals with exceptional talent and a strong track record in a relevant field.
