- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new sellers.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, providing insights to enhance overall efficiency.
- Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and recommend improvements for better results.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing sellers on Meesho's platform and best practices for successful selling.
