- Manage office operations, including ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and creating a comfortable and productive work environment
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing travel, and processing invoices
- Provide support to staff, such as answering questions, resolving problems, and providing resources
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Complete other back-office tasks as assigned
