Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing team to develop, implement, and manage a variety of marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, managing marketing assets, scheduling social media posts, and analyzing campaign performance. You'll also play a key role in supporting other marketing initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.)
• Create engaging content (text, graphics, videos) for marketing materials and social media platforms
• Manage and maintain marketing assets (templates, brand guidelines, etc.)
• Schedule and publish social media content according to a pre-defined calendar
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools
• Research and identify new marketing trends and opportunities
• Support other marketing team members with various projects and tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (freshers can apply)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
• Passion for marketing and e-commerce

Experience:

This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
