Position: Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote (Open to applicants across India)

Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients. You'll build strong relationships with them, understanding their unique needs and challenges. You'll proactively develop and implement strategies to maximize their satisfaction and ensure they achieve success with HPCL's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and challenges through regular communication.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans aligned with each customer's specific goals.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for success.
  • Track and monitor customer success metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, retention rate).
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HPCL's products and services.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on HPCL's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field (experience in the petroleum industry a plus).
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

This role is open to both freshers with a strong academic background and demonstrably relevant skills, as well as experienced professionals looking to leverage their customer success expertise in a dynamic and growing industry.
