Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-centric individual to join our growing Customer Support team as a Customer Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. You will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Effectively listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Research and provide accurate information on GAIL's products, services, and policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for timely resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and analyze trends to recommend process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on GAIL's products, services, and policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (for freshers)
- Experience in the energy sector (a plus)
