We are looking for a customer service trainee who can learn and perform various customer service tasks, such as handling customer queries, complaints, feedback, and returns through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:

  1. Learn and follow the customer service policies and procedures of Flipkart, and adhere to the quality and performance standards.
    Assist the customer service executives in resolving customer issues and providing accurate information about Flipkart’s products, services, and policies.
    Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
    Record and update customer data and interactions in the CRM system, and provide reports and feedback as required.
    Participate in training and development programs, and seek guidance and feedback from the customer service mentors and managers.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi, and any other regional language as per the location.
