The Position: Area Sales Manager

- Build strong relationships: Develop trust and rapport with sellers, becoming their go-to person for all things Flipkart.
- Become a seller success coach: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, answer their questions, and provide ongoing support.
- Negotiate and close deals: Work with sellers to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sales growth for both Flipkart and the seller's business.
- Be a data whiz: Analyze sales data and identify trends to develop effective sales strategies for your area.
- Be a team player: Collaborate with other Flipkart teams like marketing and logistics to ensure a smooth seller experience.
Who You Are:
- A college graduate (any degree) with a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience (freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can connect with people from all walks of life and build rapport easily.
- Strong presentation skills – you can confidently explain complex ideas in a clear and concise way.
- A natural problem solver – you can identify challenges and develop creative solutions.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
