The Position

Job Summary

In this role, you'll assist the Marketing team with a variety of tasks, including:

• Market research and analysis
• Content creation for various marketing channels (social media, website, email)
• Campaign management and execution
• Design and development of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, flyers)
• Media monitoring and analysis
• Competitive analysis
• Administrative support for the Marketing team

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Assist with the development of marketing strategies and communication plans.

• Manage and track marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Design and develop marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess campaign performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing files.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite) is a plus.

Experience

This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
