As a Benefits Manager at Axis Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee benefits programs to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and administering various benefits plans and policies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Responsibilities:

1. Benefits Administration: Manage all aspects of employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
2. Policy Development: Develop and update benefits policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Regularly review existing benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to meet the evolving needs of employees.
3. Employee Education and Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers, providing guidance and support on benefits-related inquiries, claims, and issues. Develop and conduct employee communication and education sessions to increase awareness and understanding of available benefits offerings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
