Customer Relationship Management:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Transaction Handling:
- Efficiently handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking services.
- Ensure accuracy in processing transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Educate customers on digital banking channels and encourage their usage for seamless transactions.
Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address underlying problems and prevent recurrence of customer concerns.
- Keep abreast of banking policies, procedures, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
