Job Summary

We're looking for passionate and articulate individuals to join our growing team of Customer Service Representatives. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through inbound calls, emails, and chat interactions. You'll actively listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and offer effective solutions.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on Airtel products and services, including mobile plans, broadband packages, DTH subscriptions, and more.
  • Resolving customer complaints and enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Following established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Upselling and cross-selling relevant Airtel products and services to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and maintaining detailed records.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Airtel customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and identify the root cause of their issues.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information on Airtel products, services, plans, and billing.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to mobile services, broadband, DTH, and other Airtel offerings.
  • Offer effective solutions to customer concerns and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant Airtel products and services based on customer needs and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to established company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
  • Continuously learn and improve customer service skills through training programs and self-development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues and find solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is a must.

Experience
