As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the voice of AirAsia, building relationships with customers and promoting our vast network of destinations and travel packages. You'll leverage your phone and email communication skills to convert inquiries into bookings, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

This role offers a dynamic blend of independent work and collaboration. You'll set your own schedule within designated working hours, allowing for flexibility while remaining accountable for achieving your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential customers via phone and email to generate sales leads.
  • Effectively communicate AirAsia's products and services, highlighting the benefits of our destinations and travel packages.
  • Address customer inquiries with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in inside sales or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A passion for travel and a strong understanding of the travel industry (a plus)
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive and results-oriented attitude
