    2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
      • Manage the end-to-end process of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
      • Coordinate with internal teams to track and fulfill customer requests, providing updates and ensuring a seamless experience.
      • Proactively communicate order status and any potential delays, taking proactive measures to mitigate challenges and ensure customer expectations are met.
