The Position

Myntra is seeking a talented and driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in India, fostering a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the fashion revolution.

Job Summary

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for spearheading the acquisition and growth of our B2B client base. Your primary focus will be on identifying and prospecting for potential brand partners, understanding their needs, and building strong, long-lasting relationships. You'll develop compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and achieve ambitious sales targets. You'll also work closely with the cross-functional team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new brands, fostering their success on the Myntra platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential brand partners with a strong brand fit for Myntra.
  • Proactively prospect and qualify leads, engaging them through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Myntra's B2B offerings.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new brand partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new brands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, providing excellent customer service and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Generate insightful reports and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry trends impacting the B2B landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.
