Job Summary

We are searching for a talented and motivated Budget Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial analysis tasks, including developing and maintaining budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports. You will work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure all financial activities align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to develop and maintain comprehensive budgets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast future financial needs.
• Monitor and track departmental expenses against established budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations, clearly communicating financial performance and trends.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial feasibility of proposed projects and initiatives.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification a plus).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or a relevant field (for experienced candidates).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

This position is open to both experienced and qualified freshers.
