The Position
Sutherland is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere with a strong internet connection, offering flexibility and a great work-life balance.
Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Creating engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, infographics, etc.) to promote Sutherland's services and brand
- Managing Sutherland's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising campaigns
- Implementing and optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve Sutherland's website ranking and organic traffic
- Analyzing digital marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and reporting on key metrics
- Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, design) to ensure a cohesive brand message across all digital channels
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars for various digital marketing channels
- Create high-quality visual content (images, videos) using design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
- Manage Sutherland's Google Ads campaigns and other paid advertising platforms
- Identify and implement strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation
- Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (consideration given to recent graduates with strong internships or coursework)
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics preferred)
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
Experience:
This role is open to both recent graduates with a strong academic background and digital marketing experience, as well as individuals with 1-2 years of professional experience.
