Position: Manager-Investigation at Flipkart
Flipkart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-Investigation to join our team and lead our investigations department. As one of India's leading e-commerce companies, Flipkart is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform for our customers, sellers, and employees. As a Manager-Investigation, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and protecting our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the investigations team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for conducting investigations in alignment with Flipkart's values and goals
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported cases of fraud, misconduct, and other suspicious activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations, to gather information and evidence related to investigations
- Analyze data and information to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activities
- Utilize various investigation techniques and tools to gather evidence and build a strong case
- Prepare detailed investigative reports and present findings to senior management for decision making
- Develop and maintain relationships with external law enforcement agencies and other third-party partners
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on fraud prevention and detection measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Criminology, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investigations, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong knowledge of investigative techniques, fraud detection, and prevention strategies
- Experience in managing and leading a team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven track record of conducting successful investigations and producing comprehensive reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to e-commerce and fraud prevention
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
