  • Adapt to changing accounting procedures and implement new processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Treasury) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain internal controls and adhere to company accounting policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred, but not required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting (public accounting or industry experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
