The Position

Qatar Airways is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world, providing flexibility while still offering the opportunity to be part of a global organization.

Job Summary

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You'll build strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients, identifying their needs and tailoring solutions that exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will also include generating leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve designated revenue targets for assigned territories.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key decision-makers within the travel industry.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of flying with Qatar Airways.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to secure new business and retain existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments within Qatar Airways.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for the travel industry and a strong understanding of airline sales.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.

Experience Level

This position is open to both experienced Outside Sales Representatives and qualified individuals with a strong foundation in sales looking to build a career in the travel industry.
