As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone. • Design, plan, and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water and wastewater systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess the suitability of proposed project locations.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering design, planning, or construction.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
